Where is my bike?
- Hold your phone against the round tag on the rack
- or scan the QR code with your camera
- or type the code printed on the tag:
Tag not working? Turn NFC on
- Android: Settings → Connected devices (Samsung: Connections) → NFC → on. Unlock the phone and hold its back against the tag.
- iPhone: NFC is always on. Unlock the phone and hold its top edge against the tag. On an iPhone 7 to X, add "NFC Tag Reader" to Control Centre first.
- No NFC? Scan the QR code with the camera app, or type the code.
How it works
- Every rack segment has a tag with a code like UT-C-3-12; the app turns it into what the facility's own signs say.
- Tapping it saves the spot and the time on this phone. Several bikes? Each gets its own spot.
- Turn on reminders and we nudge you an hour before the free period ends, after a week, and three days before the operator may remove the bike.
- Back at the rack, tap the same tag or press "Got my bike".

Tap the tag on the rack where you just parked. If it is a bike we already know, we ask which one.
